SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 24 hours but please allow additional time under busy periods. You should expect delivery of your item(s) within 2-10 business days after dispatch.

 

Keep in mind that once your item(s) have left us we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you item(s) have arrived damaged you can contact via email to arrange replacements or receive a refund. To meet this criteria you must provide pictures of the damaged goods in question and attach such images in the email.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for custom made-to-order item(s) unless they meet the above criteria. If sizing is important please measure correctly and ensure your measurements are perfect before sending the information to us. We cannot be held responsible if you have provided us with incorrect information.

We will confirm your final design before we produce the item(s). It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the final designs, confirm and give us the go ahead to proceed.
